Terms and Conditions

1. Maintenance services are offered on a one-time or contractual basis (AMC).
2. AMC includes a fixed number of visits per year. Additional visits may incur extra charges.
3. Life stock health is monitored during maintenance, but liability for unavoidable biological losses is limited.
4. Clients must provide access to the site and necessary permissions for maintenance visits.
5. Payment for AMC is to be made in advance for the contracted period.
6. Any repairs or replacements beyond routine maintenance may incur additional costs.
7. Maintenance schedules are subject to availability and prior agreement.
